I have mentioned before how I feel privileged to attend the events I do, to be paid to visit the places I visit, to witness moments in time that most people only get to see on the telly-box. The opening night to Berlinale and the acceptance speech by Tilda Swinton for her Honorary Golden Bear was one of those moments.

Have the confidence..
Having worked at this festival a number of times, I knew, when packing, that all I needed was a couple of camera bodies and 2 or 3 lenses. Of course, thats not what I packed. As ever confidence deserted me at the last moment, with the worry of jobs I may or may not get, leading me to pack a couple of additional lenses (the 16-80 for example - 24-120 in "real money" ).
