BAFTAs Pt2.

This time of year is always hectic, this year, having stayed in the UK, it feels even more so. I posted a few days after the BAFTAs a video featuring all the images I filed over the weekend, promising a follow-up post on the background. Well now is the first moment I have had some … Continue reading BAFTAs Pt2. →

A weekend at the BAFTAs

If you go back on my timeline you will no doubt find other posts from February's past about the BAFTAs. It's an event I have been covering for quite a few years now and this year took a similar flow to years gone by; travel up on the Saturday, check into the hotel, cover the … Continue reading A weekend at the BAFTAs →

BAFTA’s 2017 – A monochrome slide show

Last Sunday (the 12th) was my annual trip to photograph the stars arriving for the British Academy Film Awards which, this year, took place at The Royal Albert Hall. Not much of a sunrise behind the clouds today but being on the pier was fun.... I recently posted the first picture I took of my husband.... Congratulations to Dame Meera Syal Whilst I loved seeing the #sunrise burning through the distant low clouds on the horizon (>> SWIPE to view>>) , I really dislike seeing the fishing detritus photographed I see every time I go to the beach (which is a lot). The #fishing industry and #anglers really needs to clean up. Something a bit different. Given the time of year, and given today's news, I feel there is no other post for today but Chris Rea in a racing car. From my recent walk around #bath with my son... And to close my #mk3d posts of the year... a treat... the mid-show fitness class.... The final guest of the year on stage with Mark for #mk3d was the incomparable Meera Syal who chatted about her new work as well as trading us to a song to close the year.
